Foam Roll Like a Pro

It is important that everyone we know in West Sacramento, even if you do not workout at Results the Training Gym, learn the importance of good recovery including stretching and self myofascial release. This chart is not designed to be an end all be all around the subject but is a great printable visual for you to use. Where can you purchase a foam roller? Sports Authority, Target and Big 5 are just some of the options. From time to time we will sell them at the front desk in the gym. Everyone needs to own one of these handy dense foam rollers.

We will be holding 3 workshops on foam rolling / self myofascial release in June. The workshops will be held inside of Results the Training Gym at 109 15th Street in West Sacramento, we look forward to teaching you even more on the subject soon
